I'm an experienced HR leader with over 15 years in strategic HR roles across multiple industries.

Throughout my career, I've successfully led complex HR initiatives including reducing organisational absence rates by 68%, designing and implementing values-based culture programmes with over 90% engagement, and managing organisational restructures with zero appeals. My expertise in employee relations, change management, and strategic HR has helped organisations achieve significant improvements in performance and engagement.
